Hi, I am looking for an appraiser with a valid appraisal license number who can provide us with a short, rough-estimate, appraisal for $350 of our home that would include what the home’s value was a year and a half ago before we remodeled it and what the value is now. This will not be going to court nor will it be published anywhere. It will be used for a private matter. We do not require anything fancy — it can be a few pages or as long as you want it to be. The appraisal can include value ranges or exact values, as you wish. You can put any disclosures in there that you wish. This will not be used for the sale of the home. The appraisal must note that the home was in a terrible condition and was remodeled (which increased the value of the home), and also that the value of the home went up over the last year and a half due to market appreciation. You do not have to go inside of the home. We will supply you with the address and before and after pictures with a newspaper in them, as well as recent pictures I took two months ago. You will also get a before and after video showing how bad it was before we remodeled and how beautiful the home looks now. Our timeline for this is approximately 5-10 days please.
