Duties Warehouse / Counter sales assist. The position is a hybrid position created with the idea to transition the person into a full-time sales role. The candidate will be responsible in assisting customer in the warehouse and be willing to learn, to eventually take on the counter sales position. The person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by filling gas tanks, picking orders for customer, answering phone calls, making inquiries and responding promptly to requests. This position also requires the individual to work independently. We are looking for someone interested in starting a career in the welding supply industry and that is motivated to advance professionally and in life. Detailed job duties include: • Ensure that all sales are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including receipt of payment for goods received from customers. • Maintain inventory levels to ensure compliance with departmental standards. • Ensure the proper use of equipment as required by law or applicable state laws/regulations. • Work in warehouse as needed Qualification • Must be a team player • Ability and willingness to learn new skills • Strong communication skills • Computer skills required • Bilingual (English / Spanish) Preferred
