Clean the pool and beach area including, but not limited to, fixing furniture, tables, decks, and cabanas
Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, plumbing
Experienced working in a Hi-Rise Multi-Dwelling Building
Must be able to communicate in English
HVAC Certified (A Plus)
Must Pass Criminal Background (Required)
US Work Authorization (Required)
Weekend Availability (Required)
Drug-Free Workplace
90-day probationary period
Starting pay is $15
