Underground Experienced Directional Drillers, Locators, Operators, Foremans. Full Job Description Seeking an experienced directional drill Foreman for a directional drilling company. Must be self-driven, responsible, professional, reliable, possess good communication skills, have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have good time management skills. Applicants must have a valid Florida driver's license. Job requirements are but are not limited to: Running bores per specifications, reporting to the job site on time, effectively communicating with the manager, reporting any problems to the manager immediately, and completing the job by deadline. This job may require you to travel throughout the central Florida area and beyond. Locators: *Confirm bore path with install foreman and drill operator *Perform job site analysis *Ensure proper clearances to install the product per standards *Oversee laborers and/or crew members work/time usage Laborers: *Assist crew in the daily task of excavation, trenching, and installation efforts. *Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality service and timeliness in daily operations. Equipment Operators: *Operate and maintain construction equipment and assigned vehicles. *Locate/stake work areas prior to digging. *Train others on proper operation of equipment. Foreman & Laborers: *Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations. *Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish with pride. *Uses logic to solve problems with effective solutions. *Is personally committed to continuous improvement. *Listens and communicates effectively with managers, peers, and clients both written and verbally. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year Experience: Drill Operator & Foreman: 2 years (Required) Education: High school or equivalent (Required) License: Hazmat (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) Class A CDL (Preferred) Language: Spanish English (Preferred) Work authorization: United States (Required) Required travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations: Dade Broward and West Palm Beach for started.
