POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — The Point Pleasant Beach Board of Education honored several students for their accomplishments in band and chorus. Two students were named to the All-Shore Chorus, and 12 received honors for band, school district officials said. Giovanna Florio and Amy Scraggs were selected to the All-Shore Chorus. The students who earned band honors were: Kalena Bing, trumpet. She was named to Region 3 Wind Ensemble, Orchestra and All-Shore Jazz Band, TCNJ Honors Band Joshua Cotta, trumpet. Region 3 Symphonic Band, Orchestra and All-Shore Jazz Band Logan Gaudette, alto saxophone. All-Shore Jazz Band Rebecca Gross, tuba. Region 3 Symphonic BandEthan Harrison.
