Participants must register for all events, even the free ones. (FOX 59 Indianapolis)A woman fatally struck a person while driving back from the airport in March. Court documents show that on Mar. 18, Michaela Voyles was weaving in and out of traffic erratically and ran over 59-year-old Carol Miller in the 7100 block of East Troy Avenue, resulting in her untimely death. The woman has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death or catastrophic injury; a bail review hearing is set for Wednesday. The five-week program, aimed at boosting learning over the summer break, will accept roughly 5,000 students.
