Redefine Facility Cleaning is a home-grown, local business located here in the mountains of Asheville! We have provided top-notch commercial cleaning for medical sites, industrial parks, businesses, churches, and schools for over a decade. Cleaning is a wonderful opportunity for people that like to do simple, satisfying work. Many of the folks on our team have come from stressful and high intensity jobs- so being able to work by themselves and at their own pace is a big reason why our people love the quiet, steady task of cleaning at Redefine. We currently have an open position in the evenings in downtown Asheville, so we are looking to hire! Experience is not necessary, but reliability is. Our current opening is for: ㅤ -Mon - Fri: (5:30pm - 9:30pm); Options to do only 3 or 4 nights a week too! -Located right downtown in Asheville, NC. -Pay rate starts at $14.00/per hour for this shift. -Opportunity for advancement! Responsibilities & Requirements: -Perform cleaning duties (cleaning surfaces, emptying trash, restock supplies, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, wipe windows & glass, etc.) -Communicate well with the team leaders about schedule & tasks. -Must be able to work without supervision. -Reliability is a must! -A good attitude, sense of integrity, and being oriented towards serving. -Completed High-School education is a requirement to be hired. [Previous cleaning experience is not required.
