Title: Commercial Punch List Carpenter Pay: $25 - $30 /HR (Depends on Experience) +💰 **LONG TERM - FULL TIME ** Job Requirements: - Minimum of 2 Years of Commercial Experience - Ability to read blueprints. - Wood framing, backing, and blocking - Cabinet installation and carve and assemble furniture, shelves, and other items - Installation of tiles and flooring touch-ups. - Drywall hanging and finishing up to level 5 - Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings - Build Scaffolding and other construction structures - Steel stud framing - Must be able to communicate in English.
