Groundskeeper- General Labor: Weekly Paychecks

We are hiring a General Labor/Groundskeeper who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping the community clean. Pay Rate: $16-$17/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm..Weekly Pay Essential Functions: Empty all trash containers daily Clean/polish light fixtures, surfaces and trim in common areas Clean rugs, carpet, furniture, draperies, blinds, etc. Replenish bathroom supplies in office and common areas Walk the property daily to pick up trash Clean around all dumpsters Snow Removal Rake/mulch around all trees Water grounds as needed Deliver community fliers Weed around trees and flowerbeds Assist maintenance as needed Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions Ability to work and lead in a team environment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Able to work in confined spaces Able to work for long period outdoors.
