NASHUA, NH — Michelle L. Theberge, 50, of Wyman Street in Derry was arrested on April 3, 2022, on domestic violence-simple assault and two resisting arrest or detention charges. Adam Robert Masseur, 33, of Gillis Street in Nashua was arrested on April 3 on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges. Joshua Z. Higgins, 32, of Peele Road in Nashua was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on April 3 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. On April 2, police took a report from a business about a stolen property incident. An investigation led to Higgins as a suspect. After being arrested, the two prior convictions led to an elevated charge. Melanie Guerra, 50, of Conant Road in Nashua was arrested on April 3 on a cruelty to animals; negligent charge. Mario R. Kent, 69, of Chestnut Street in Nashua was arrested on a criminal trespass charge on April 3. Miguel Fernandez-Diaz, 36, of Mystic in Methuen, Massachusetts, was arrested on April 3 on stalking-domestic violence, breach of bail, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. Douglas W. Antunes, 36, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua was arrested on a driving under the influence charge on April 3. Patricia Ann McNulty, 52, of Cannongate Road in Nashua was arrested on a driving under the influence charge on April 3. Portillo Noe Campos, 20, of Essex Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, on April 1. Marie C. Poulin, 50, of Bush Hill Road in Hudson, was arrested on April 1 on a burglary charge. Around 11:30 p.m. on March 24, police were sent to a local apartment building for a report of a burglary. A resident reported missing medications. Police investigated the incident and found there was video of the incident. Poulin was identified as a suspect and arrested. Brian K. Lafrance Jr., 32, of Heritage Village in Nashua was arrested on March 31 on an electronic bench warrant of nonpayment of fine as well as driving after revocation or suspension, motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock, and driving without giving proof.
