Press release from the City and County of Broomfield: November 17, 2020 Beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 18, the Capital Improvements Division will have a contractor making improvements to the pedestrian crossing on Spader Way between Descombes Drive and East 3rd Avenue. While the street is to remain open during construction, taking an alternate route may be advised. Construction is expected to take four weeks.
