Admissions Representative
The K-12 Teachers Alliance, located in Frankfort, is looking for an Admissions Representative to help school teachers find the right graduate programming.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide exceptional service via phone and e-mail to inquiries and applicantsPresent information and chat/discuss questions via Zoom meetingsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of graduate programsOutreach to K-12 schools to help bring exposure to our partner universities' programsExceptional customer service experience is a plusExceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and work flow while multitaskingSalesforce experience helpful
