This is a Monday - Friday position, No On Call, and some weekends durng Hurricane season! Your average day consist of: General buildings and grounds maintenance at our condominium community under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. You will perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance on the grounds, buildings, tennis courts, pool, elevators,along with periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings and structures. Informing the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements and safety issues. Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing and Painting
