Calling all Artists! The new Ottumwa Community Market hosted by St. Paul Lutheran Church is kicking off and we've got space for you! What: An outdoor market with economical spaces aimed at creating economic opportunities and uniting vendors/small businesses/crafters/artists/growers with our community. When: The 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, April 23-October 22 Time: 8am -2pm market hours (set up 7am; no early tear down, please.)
