We met at a UIL tournament at Bowie in 2017. I was from Del Valle, competing in spelling. I can't quite remember where you were from or what you were competing in, but I was the only one from my team left in the cafeteria during the math and science events, and you let me play Chess with you and your friends so I wouldn't be alone. You were a junior at the time, and I believe your friend in the glasses was a senior. I was the blonde in the purple skirt. Even after the rest of my team came back, you and your friends let me stay and hang out. You guys taught me how to play chinese checkers, and let me sit at y'all's table with you guys until you had to leave to compete. When the competition was over, I still remember catching your eyes as I was leaving with my team. It's been five years, and I still regret not running over to give you my phone number or anything. It's been so long, you may not even remember me, or see this post. But if you do, I'd love to talk again.
