Hello CL I have a 2 year old maltipoo that I’m looking to rehome to someone that has experience in dog training or has experience with dogs that have trust/scared issues. We got him when he was 8 months old. We took him in hoping to try to seek help and train him but unfortunately we just can’t seem to find the time he needs to change his behavioral problems. He is really afraid of meeting any new people, but once he’s gets to trust you he is a really sweet boy. There would be days he gets in a really defensive state when we try to pet him in certain areas, and will snap at you and even start growling and run to his safe spot. But they’re days wheres he’s really loving and sweet. He also has a problem when being groomed or any loud noises near his face. Any kind of random movements throws him off and will be on the edge. He’s a really sweet boy and it hurts our family that we have to find him a new home but we’re really want to find someone that is willing to work on him and train him correctly.
