Office Space to Share

I have an 800 sq. ft. space on the second floor of an office building in Wilmington. Much of it I use for rehearsal with my band and my photography business. However, the front of the space has a nice little office area with a large monitor to hook up to a laptop, wifi and enough room to have a meeting at the table. My use of the space is usually in the evening, so it sits idle most weekdays 'til 7pm. It occurred to me that it would be a great little escape for somebody working home remotely, and just needs to get a break to focus, or make some phone calls without a family invasion. Even a couple days a week may give you some much needed away time. If this seems like something that may interest you, please reply so we can connect, discuss and perhaps meet to see the space. I'm thinking something like $40 per day for 10 days or less, and priced less per day for more days. I am open to ideas, so please reach out to let me know your thoughts.
