Morrison Bridge Arts Studio is looking for artists to rent private studio spaces as well as rent shelves, teach classes and generally make community and have fun together. The artists in the space currently are 7 painters, one fashion designer and one leather worker. There was a ceramic studio in the basement previously but they moved to a new location so there is lots of room for something new. There is access to a small private backyard as well. The studios are all 200-300 sqft and run from $300-$500 a month- they are splittable as well. The space comes with 24 hour access. It’s a six month lease.
