Need professional Production Assistants for our Credit Card Client at Coachella! You will assist with load-in/load-out, run errands, and perform all other general PA-type tasks! Promotion Dates & Times: Please note times may change slightly. Coachella Weekend 1 Load-in Wednesday, April 13th: 9:00am - 7:00pm Thursday, April 14th: 9:00am - 8:00pm Weekend 1: Friday, April 15th: AM Shift: 8:30am - 2:30pm Shift A: 9:00am - 6:30pm Shift B: 6:30pm - 12:00am Saturday, April 16th: Shift A: 10:00am - 5:30pm Shift B: 5:30pm - 12:00am Sunday, April 17th: Shift A: 10:00am - 5:30pm Shift B: 5:30pm - 12:00am Weekend 1 Load-out: Monday, April 18th: 9:00am - 3:00pm Weekend 2 Load-in: Thursday, April 21st: 10:00am - 4:00pm Weekend 2: Friday, April 22nd: AM Shift: 8:30am - 2:30pm Shift A: 9:00am - 6:30pm Shift B: 6:30pm - 12:00am Saturday, April 23rd: Shift A: 10:00am - 5:30pm Shift B: 5:30pm - 12:00am Sunday, April 24th: Shift A: 10:00am - 5:30pm Shift B: 5:30pm - 12:00am Weekend 2 Load-out: Monday, April 25th: 10:00am - 4:00pm Location: Indian Wells, CA/Indio, CA Brand Ambassadors Must Be: 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license & must have vehicle onsite to run errands if need be Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds (some lifting required) Flexible schedule-availability for entire duration of the event Must be able to work under diverse weather conditions Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time during events Talent MUST BE LOCAL TO AREA. Able to get to event on own as transportation & lodging costs are NOT included Willing to sign off on wellness check and liability release form and have temperature checked upon arrival Per event venues mandated protocols, you will be subject to vaccine exemption &/or onsite covid-19 testing Comfortable wearing a face mask on for the entirety of your shift Brand Ambassador Compensation: $30/hour $50 flat daily travel stipend Emails without all the required info below will not be considered!
