The Phoenix Staffing is looking to hire Maintenance Techs for some of our amazing San DiegoApartment Community locations! These are temp-to-hire positions to start immediately. If you have experience working in the Apartment or Hotel Industry, have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and appliance repair, we want to hear from you! Requirements: -Must have your own tools -Must have your own reliable transportation -Be able to work Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (schedule may vary - depending on property) -Be able to pass a background screening -Be eligible to work in the US We are a local staffing company serving the San Diego Apartment Industry and we have internal, great paying positions that are not posted anywhere else, for qualified candidates. Once hired, permanent positions can pay between $20-$28/hour plus benefits and bonuses depending on experience.
