We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a role at Alpha Property Management's Los Angeles office. Alpha Property Management manages approximately 2500 units of conventional and affordable multifamily housing throughout California. Position Summary Property Management firm has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and assist with the maintenance of multiple scattered properties in the surrounding Los Angeles area. Qualifications - Must have prior maintenance experience in Multi-Family Housing - Experience in all aspects/phases of maintenance and construction - Strong skills in: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, flooring, etc. - Good communication skills - Can work independently with little supervision - Must have strong customer service skills - Must have own vehicle and maintenance tools - Must have at least three years’ experience Duties/Responsibilities: - Schedule and prepare unit turnovers, including all preparation work - May perform appliance repairs - Assist conduct unit inspections - Maintain a clean property - Additional duties as assigned Safety Requirements: Required to observe company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual safety, in addition to avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co-workers, customers and property. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to walk the property daily - May include lifting up to 50 lbs. We offer a flexible benefits package including: 1.
