We are seeking a Janitor/Porter for a role at Alpha Property Management's managed apartment complex, Witmer Manor, located in Los Angeles, CA. Alpha Property Management manages approximately 2500 units of conventional and affordable multifamily housing throughout the Unites States and Puerto Rico. Duties/Responsibilities: Clean property, common areas, stairwells, laundry rooms, rental office, recreation rooms, parking lots, and all other tasks as assigned.
