K&L Homes is looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our team. The person in this position is primarily responsible for responding to service requests in the field and managing those requests according to standard processes. Candidate must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Review incoming requests with Project Manager Respond to customer requests and concerns via phone and email in a timely manner Process and manage all new warranty requests Ensure timely completion of all warranty requests Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager Requirements: Bilingual preferred – But not required Basic construction skills and knowledge Positive attitude, ability to supervise and work well with others Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks Able to proficiently use a smartphone, apps, computer, email, printer/scanner/copier. Must have a valid driver's license. This position travels in a company vehicle to and from multiple job sites daily Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume Wage: Based on Experience Hours: Part Time – Flexible Schedule OR Full Time Hours: M-F 7:30am – 4:00pm Benefits: Major Holidays Paid, Flexible Schedule, PTO & IRA with up to 3% company match after 90 days If you think that this is the right fit for you, please call of Project Manager, Ben, at five-zero-nine-seven-one-three-nine-zero-one-three or our Assistant Project Manager, Garrett, at five-zero-nine-seven-seven-eight-three-one-six-two
