McCoy Millwork the Portland Metro area's source for stair parts, moldings, trim, and more is looking for a candidate to fill the position of a delivery driver assistant. No experience required. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, and Vacation Time. Required: • Must have reliable transportation • Must have a positive attitude • Must have good math skills • Must have good communications skills • Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs or more on a continuous basis throughout the day. Materials include plywood, trim, moldings and other types of lumber. • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. General Information on Position • Shift starts at 5:30 a.m. • Assistants will help drivers load daily deliveries at facility and unload their trucks by hand at businesses, job sites, and residential locations. • We make daily deliveries and some pickups of wood products throughout the Portland & Vancouver Metro areas as well as deliveries/pickups to Eugene, Bend, Salem, the Oregon Coast and parts of Western Washington. • We love to promote within so possible promotion to driver one day if interested. Promotion would require further review and approval of driving record and drug testing, as well as be able to obtain a non-CDL medical card.
