BOULDER, CO — Inc. has announced its 2020 list of fastest-growing privately-held companies in the United States. The annual list offers a look into 5,000 of the most successful small businesses led by some of the country's most inspiring entrepreneurs. Nine companies in Boulder were recognized on this year's Inc. 5000. Well-known honorees on previous Inc. 5000 lists include Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft and Patagonia. Companies on this year's list achieved average growth of 500 percent over three years. Combined, companies earned about $209 billion in revenue in 2019, accounting for more than 1 million jobs over the past three years.
