Skilled Maintenance Worker / Handyman for Multi Family Properties
Availability: Monday - Friday 20-40 Hours as needed 8:00Am - 4:00Pm
Must have Insurance and References
Responsibilities are but not limited too:
Routine Maintenance Repair
Patching Drywall, small repairs, light plumbing, unit turnovers,
keep properties clean and orderly
Snow Removal on properties
Must have experience.
