Looking for an Older Cockatiel

Hi there! I'm looking for an older calm cockatiel (female preferably, but male is ok too - around the age of 8 years or older) to have as a companion to my young cockatiel (9 months - see picture). I live in an apartment, and my cockatiel is loud and sings often. I don't want to bring another young bird who sings loud.
