WORK AVAILABLE NOW. APPLY HERE Husky Preservation and REO Services LLC is a regional REO/P&P contractor located in Oahu. We are looking for vendors/contractors and handymen on Oahu and Maui to complete property preservation work. We are looking to add reliable vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans and basic home repairs. Must have digital camera/smartphone to document before, during and after stages of work, laptop/pc, smartphone, tools, lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use apps to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background (need to be able to pass a background check), small working capital, locks (deadbolt and knobs) on hand or the ability to order them at any time. You need to have the ability to submit photos/results on a daily basis which also includes on or before your due date. Immediate work is available for those with experience and who can pass a background check with Aspen Grove. For those with less experience, we can do training (must have some basic experience).
