Building Maintenance 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday $16.50 per hour Responsibilities and Duties Perform variety of maintenance and repair tasks in one or more craft areas including carpentry, painting, flooring, drywall, or general maintenance. Performs general construction, building maintenance and repair, painting, drywall repair and installation. Responsible for providing semi-skilled work in the performance of a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in various trades. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent or 3 to 5 years of experience in performing general maintenance duties or trade school. Grounds Keepers Shift 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday Pay $16.00 per hour Responsibilities and Duties Under direct supervision, responsible for maintaining the campus landscapes and hardscapes. Work includes morning trash pick-up, maintenance of turf areas, flower beds, shrubs, trees, sidewalks, footpaths, and other ground-based areas.
