This man (goes by the name Scott G Halford - former author of several mind control books) has been stalking and torturing me and my family after bilking them out of TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars. I was drugged, held in his home under threat of “auto locking doors”, forced to screw my way out of the situation, whereupon I was VIDEO TAPED while his henchman (Miles) hid my car keys. I was scammed, rushed out of the house, threatened, left on the street still drugged, confused, called back to his home after he broke into my car and god knows what. when I came back, he tried to keep my vehicle and belongings, drugged me again, threatened me by impersonating an agent of some kind, then blindfolded me, shot me up with his blood, and told me after he was hiv positive and good luck (again kicked me out of his house)
I want people to be aware of this scam, he claims to still be a Neuroscientist and C.I.A. Agent - (he HAD an agency called the “Complete Intelligence Agency” that died in 2018) but has about 26 distinct personalities and is a danger to his community.
