Small family owned/operated residential HVAC company based out of Amelia, OHIO: *Weekly or per job pay! -Hiring for installations going into our busy spring/summer season: -We pay flat rate per piece installed based on experience ($150-$350) -You will be required to fill out a 1099 contractor form -You must have an EPA license (Non licensed may be considered for installation helper) -You must carry an Artisan Policy (Contractor Liability Insurance) Costs about $500-$750 per year and is tax deductible -You must be able to meet on Jobsites (Own transportation) within a 1-hour radius of Amelia, OH. 45102 -You must own basic HVAC hand tools (Refrigerant gauges & additional tools would be preferred) * We provide larger tools if necessary: Recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, etc. * This is an as needed position we are seeking.
