Waggey Land Door-to-Door Doggy Daycare Seeking Dog Whisperers! Openings for Daytime Pack Leaders to join our super fun team! Starts $17/hr & up - commensurate w/ experience Seeking Full Time Pack Leader for full-day (7am-ish to 4pm-ish) commitment The Pack Leader position entails helping w/ pack supervision, some limited daytime pup pick-up/drop-off trips (we provide vehicles) and some light cleaning. The overall idea is to contribute to maintaining a fun, safe & social environment for each & every dog in our care! Candidates for this fun but at times physically demanding role must communicate effectively and be flexible, reliable & punctual. An overall friendly attitude is a must as the role includes interfacing w/ clients. The job is fun but demanding, primarily driven by the size of the pack on any given day. Ability to multitask is important. We’re growing so the role will likely evolve to additional hours/responsibility as desired. A fit for our team is someone w/: Patience & passion for pets & people A resume demonstrating experience handling dogs (if n/a, explain why you’re a fit) Professional & mature attitude Solid work ethic Dog handling skills and base understanding of dog behavior Ability, demeanor & composure to physically manage pups of all sizes in an off-leash environment (including occasional ability to lift up to 40lbs).
