We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker - School/Higher Education to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep the beautiful and modern campus in good order. This full time (40 hours weekly) opportunity offers varied duties every day, working in a positive and thriving environment. Responsibilities: •Repair minor issues with equipment and buildings •Complete general maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion •Set up and break down of classroom furniture for special events •Maintain a clean and a safe work space and grounds •Delivery of supplies •Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: •Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields •Deadline and detail-oriented •Ability to handle physical workload •Have a good driving record and a valid drivers license •Must be able to pass a background check Some flexibility is needed with regard to work schedule as there may be occasional weekend or evening hours due to special events at the school, such as open houses or graduation.
