Volunteer Needed to make One Chainsaw Cut

Elderly lady Veteran has a tree that fell down 1 1/2 feet from the ground Its been moved because of a neighbor not cleaning out their septic and so the mud became really loose and the tree fell over but is still in the ground Need someone to SAFELY only one cut and it falls in front of you six feet away from where the cut is. It requires knowledge of a chainsaw use and to bring your chainsaw with you. PLEASE HELP VOLUNTEER TO HELP!
