We are seeking a PART-TIME night doorman for a well established high-rise. Candidate must be a self starter and dependable. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Consistently maintain lobby, parking garage and all common areas. * Empty all recycle receptacles daily. * Receiving and storing packages * Monitor building security * Receive and handle complaints from residents regarding issues like smoking, loud music and safety issues. * Previous experience at an apartment complex, or office building is preferred. * Knowledge of and ability to learn the community and local area * Coordinate with Property Manager and Engineer as directed lifting, bending, walking are physical requirements. Schedule dependability, professional communication, positive attitude are important. Job Requirements includes but not limited to: *High school or equivalent (Preferred) *Driver's License (Preferred) *Must be available to work some weekends
