We’re nothing without our people, and thats why we need YOU. We are currently hiring for an experienced landscaping foreman/crew leader. We are also looking for laborers. This person is a self starter, has excellent communication and leadership skills, and can efficiently manage his own jobsite from start to finish. You will be installing things like: Paver Patios Outdoor Kitchens Pool Decks Retaining Walls Lighting Water Features Planting Beds BONUS EXPERIENCE: Irrigation Construction Skills necessary include: Experience with the following tools: Transit laser Excavator Skidsteer Brick Saws Attention to detail Plant identification IF YOU ARE A FOREMAN/CREW LEADER: Reading plans/blueprints, executing on job site Ability to lead and manage a crew Ability to train crew members when necessary You must have: A cell phone A reliable ride to and from work A positive problem solving attitude Hard/fast work ethic Ability to get along great with others and help build the team IF YOU ARE A FOREMAN/CREW LEADER: Valid drivers license (in good standing) Enough of the English language to have a conversation with clients Workweek looks like: 40-55 hours per week Spring to Fall 7am-5/6pm In the winter we plow snow, and try to work on projects when weather allows Benefits: Pay higher than our competitors ($20-30/hour based on experience) Medical Insurance Available Dental Insurance Available Vision Insurance Available Savings Plans 401k matching
