The Position: We are looking for an individual who has an eye for detail and is not afraid to work hard to join our team. We are looking for a team player who is dependable and highly motivated. An ideal candidate will have great mechanical ability, excellent customer service skills, and a clean driving record. Previous experience in construction or carpentry is a plus. We provide all the tools and training you will need to be successful on the job. Work schedule will be full time Monday – Friday. $20 to $25 DOE per hour during 60-day introductory/training period. Skill-based raises available after training period. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the accurate installation of window blinds and shades into homes and businesses. • To use your mechanical skills to troubleshoot complex installations and create workable solutions for our clients. • To keep van and workplace clean and orderly at all times. • To provide the best customer experience through polite and thorough communication with our clients. • To be a positive influence in the company, always ready to do what is best for the team.
