- Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional background screening. - High level of integrity and a strong work ethic Trimmer - Description / Duties: • Efficiently buck, trim and de-fan plants. • Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet trim weights. • Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness while trimming. • Occasionally required to trim off the stick once plants are dry. • Responsible for maintaining quality product per standards set forth by Trim Manager. • May be assigned other job duties in the garden as necessary including, without limitation, trimming/de-leafing/pruning, fertilizing, harvesting, trimming, potting, moving and watering cannabis plants. • Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company. • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas. • Communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers • Follow regulations and company guidelines for all compliance, work flows, and safety matters Packaging and Order fulfillment - Description / Duties: • Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner. • Correctly weigh, package, and label cannabis products as required. • Properly store packages in an organized fashion. • Ensure the order is properly and legally packaged for transport. • Effectively meet the packing and shipping requirements of both external and internal customers. • Count, label, prepare, bag and box a variety of items into the final product packaging. • Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Cannabis experience 1 year (required) Experience working in fast-paced environments Ability to problem solve Strong attention to detail Always follow standard operating procedures in a safe and compliant manner Strong attention to detail Highly organized METRC knowledge (preferred) At least 1 yr Trimming experience preferred for Trim position Typical Physical Demands and Working Conditions: • Typical Start Time: 9AM • Typical End Time: 5PM • Work may require periods of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and sitting • Both positions require potential heavy lifting of 20 - 50 lbs. • Requires normal range of hearing • Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate trimmers, shears, instruments of measure, storage containers and carts, etc. • Work is performed in busy trim and grow rooms, which can be loud due to pumps, air conditioning, ventilation fans, etc • Will be in almost constant contact with plants
