We are currently looking to expand our maintenance team and are searching for experienced rehab workers to help with turns of vacant rentals. Your job will include painting, hanging blinds, installing electrical cover plates and smoke alarms. Must maintain a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful attitude with the Tenants (our customers). POLICY: Try to achieve the daily goals established by the Maintenance Supervisor or Office Manager. Be sure to understand what is expected of you each day. All contract employees are to adhere to the hours provided by Maintenance Supervisor or Office Manager. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Painting Standing for long periods of time QUALITY: Make the right repair the first time. Avoid return visits to fix the same problems over again.
