Looking to form psychedelic/electronic pop band

I'm originally from NYC and moved to Rochester in June of last year. I play guitar, bass, keys, and can sing - but obviously can't do everything all at once. I've played in a number of bands (metal, punk, indie, art rock) for over a decade back home, so I have plenty of experience playing live and recording music. I want to form a psychedelic/electronic pop band in the vein of Tame Impala, Puma Blue, Foxygen, and Mile High Club. Basically, I want to make trippy music with awesome guitar riffs, sweet synth tones, and a strong groove (think R&B rhythmic type elements). Melodies and hooks are central to my songwriting process. Looking for collaborators who have a passion for developing strong song arrangements. Looking for others who are serious about submerging themselves in the Rochester music scene and contributing to the wonderful weirdness and culture that this city has fostered. Need a drummer, bassist, synth/keys player, and guitarist.
