Custodian / Groundskeeper for Luxury Condominium Complex Responsible for assisting with the upkeep of the condominium common areas, to include lobby, restrooms, employee breakroom and elevators, to maintain a clean, comfortable, presentable and positive resident experience. Job Duties Include: • Trash removal from lobby, office, restrooms, etc. • Cleaning of lobby, office, exercise room, etc., to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass doors and windows, etc. and restocking paper supplies as needed. • Cleaning swimming pool restrooms and restocking paper supplies as needed. • Cleaning 3 elevators • Cleaning employee breakroom • Assisting with maintaining a clean, presentable pool area, organizing pool chairs and clearing area of trash and debris • Other duties as assigned. Reliability is very important. Must follow directions thoroughly and share ideas for improvement and should work cohesively with co-workers. Schedule: 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day. Working Conditions: The majority of job duties are performed indoors, but some exposure to outdoor cleaning with exposure to possibly extreme temperatures during summer and winter.
