***HIRING*** We are seeking hard working and reliable construction workers/laborers to join our team! Must be able to assist on a variety of construction projects and able to follow detailed construction plans. In this position, your primary responsibilities will be: · Direct project on the ground in coordination with the Foreman · Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, compact and level earth to grade using shovels, tampers and rakes · Assist in installation of sewer, water and storm drain pipes · Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed · Load and unload materials, machinery and tools · Perform set up and cleanup on job sites · Operations of various equipment including tampers, skid steers and compactors · Perform all work efficiently and safely in accordance with State, Federal and Company regulations. · Finish assigned tasks on time with quality standards We require our employees to have: · A strong work ethic · Work outside in all types of weather · Be attentive, alert and observant · Have the ability to comprehend and carry out instructions · Possess a valid driver's license · Pass a pre-employment drug test Benefits: · Health Insurance · Company Retirement Plan & Company Match · Paid Holidays · Paid Vacation Reviewing candidates daily!
