🔨🏢Monarch Management and Investment is seekaing a Floating Maintenance Technician! This technician will help our 6 on-site maintenance teams in the Baton Rouge Louisiana area. Are you a team player ready to take your career to the next level with Monarch? **No on-call with this position** 💰PAY: $16-18 an hour Full-time Full Benefit Package with bonuses and a 20% rent discount **No on-call with this position** What You Need: • 1+ years’ experience in maintenance • HVAC and or EPA experience preferred • Dry walling including painting and carpentry • Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe • Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures • Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal • Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
