Warehouse Worker Needed

Description

Load and unload incoming and outgoing delivery vehicles (from an approximately 40,000 sf warehouse) to include freight trucks and freight containers. Select products from warehouse shelves, load and secure goods to pallets, move pallets to storage and delivery areas by using a forklift. Keep all work areas clean and tidy at all times and comply with applicable safety rules, regulations and policies. Perform other tasks as determined and directed by the warehouse manager. Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Casual, warehouse attire. No safety equipment necessary. Employee must have a full range of physical motion and be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Employee needs to be computer literate. Employee must have at least a high school diploma. Applicants must fill out an employment application and "pass" an interview with the warehouse manager before being accepted. Employee must not have a felony conviction on their record. Employees are offered a participating health care plan. After 90 continuous days of employment, employees will begin receiving PTO ("personal time off) and sick time off. One week of vacation after one year of continuous employment. Employees are paid on Friday every other week. Ready for immediate hire.
