Looking to build a band

I am looking to build a band. I would like to find a drummer and a guitarist (maybe 2 guitar or keyboards). I would like the members to be 18-25, male or female, and strong instrument ability. We would do original music and throw in our versions of cover stuff. These descriptions are for one particular idea I have so would like to throw it out here and see if any interest. Also open to other ideas...please be specific in what you are looking for. I play bass guitar and carry vocals.
