We are hiring and willing to train inexperienced applicants (paid training). Competitive pay for technicians ranges from $3,200–$5,200 a month, including commission opportunities Biweekly bonuses, Seasonal Bonuses, and Annual Bonuses Paid training for hard workers who have no experience in the field Qualified technicians may drive work vehicles to and from work Advancement in operations and sales management are available to qualified employees. Ongoing development through continual training Work days are Monday through Saturday Opportunity The Pest Control Service Specialist utilizes integrated pest-management techniques to prevent and control pest populations while maintaining the utmost in customer service. The technician will work synergistically with the sales team in timely treatments as well as bringing on new accounts. Requirements and Qualities Ambitious and hard working Excellent communication skills Good character and work ethic Ability to learn quickly High degree of attention to detail Excellent customer-service skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to pass background check and drug screen Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Certifications are a plus!
