Property manager sourcing the following job: 1st Job: Installation of 1. Approximately 8-10 foot long trench drain and drain basin cut into a concrete driveway and a 2. Approximately 4-6 foot french drain from the trench drain to the drain basin and a 3. Drain basin for the french drain from the trench drain. 4. Approximately 8 foot french drain on the right side of the house from 2 feet past the corner of the house to the side of the house 4. another large drain basin connected to this french drain. Altogether 1 trench drain, 2 small french drains, and 2 drain basins. All drains shall have 1 inch of drop for every 4-6 feet of run with pitch leading water towards the drain basin. Excess dirt should be spread neatly on the right side of the house. - $400 for labor. Approved materials reimbursed on the same day of install paid via cashapp, venmo, or payment. Payment for job labor paid via cash app, venmo, or paypal paid upon property manager confirmation of completion, no later than 48 hours after completion. 2nd Job: Full and proper installation of a grinder pump system to drain water back to sewer system. $1,000 for labor. Approved materials reimbursed on the same day of install paid via cashapp, venmo, or payment. Payment for job labor paid via cash app, venmo, or paypal paid upon property manager confirmation of completion, no later than 7 days after completion. Opportunity for more work at approximately $35/hr for basic handyman work and $55/hr for licensed trades.
