We are seeking an apartment maintenance technician for our high rise buildings in Jersey City. Immediate position available for a skilled maintenance employee for a property management company with the following qualifications: Understanding or experience in three or more basic trades HVAC Plumbing and PTAC Units. Three or more years related experience required. -This positions responsibilities are: Diagnose and repair PTAC Systems Perform preventative maintenance -Solid interpersonal skills, along with excellent communication skills, must be proficient in the English. -Good listener and able to accurately transmit information -Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking and professional. -Eager to learn and take on additional responsibility. -Extremely dependable and reliable, must be flexible to work during emergency situations -Must have own car and have a valid driver’s license. -Must be available weekends if needed or scheduled to work. -Knowledge of Spanish a plus.
