Cleaning and touch up work for interior apartment renovation work. Minimum 1 year project with 180 apartments scheduled for the next twelve months. 40 hours a week. Tasks to include - Final cleaning apartment units before turnover back to the owner - Minor paint and service touch ups before turnover - Other associated tasks as needed to complete unit turnover Must be able to pass a DOD background check to get a gate pass to work on post. Need reliable transportation. Health, Dental, 401k, and PTO offered. Fair wages depending on experience - immediate start available. EOE, no vax requirement. Contact for more information.
