Seeking hands-on, team-player to come in and lead/train a seasoned team. Must have extensive maintenance experience. Knowledge in all areas of plumbing, electrical and HVAC required. Experience in renovations- demolition, drywall, flooring, painting, etc. preferred. Must be willing to be on rotating on-call schedule. Must be flexible to work the occasional weekend. Position includes oversight of two properties- must be willing to commute regularly between the two. (45 min commute) Please send resume and salary requirements via email.
